I used this program to get mine working! https://configurator.reprapfirmware.org/
It makes a zip file and you load it to your desktop. load on a SD card and try.

Man enough to admit I don't know squatt about this process, thank you gents for baby sitting me.

RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
Thank You
All for attempting to help. I have decided to send it back and let Filiastruder determine what if ant thing is wrong with this board. Contrary to the opinion on here the board is defective and time will tell if I am right or wrong. -
RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
@phaedrux Have a hard time explaining things. I use pictures to guide myself in these situations. Removed the aircraft fitting from the E connections " Thermistor, fans, heater cartridge and placed them on a connector strip. P.S. the heat bed is going to default also.
Here is the code.

RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
@dc42 No nothing has changed on heater faults, I hooked up the Keenovo pad with a module, seperated power source. It also is giving me Faults.

RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
Went to the RepRapFirmware Configuration Tool site and tried riprapfirmware. Still gettings faults in heater 1. Maybe I should return this part of just junk it. Not worth the time I have spent on it.

RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
@dc42 I have done it and loaded the Zip file. Applied and reconnected to the eb Control - still get a fault heater 1. Darn it. Not an engineer, could the blocks be a cold solder to the board? Have seen this with other boards that were bad.

RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
@dc42 "you appear to be using heater 0 for the extruder and heater 1 for the bed." The instructions on RepRapFirmware Configuration Tool is rather confusing for me. Never been to college for this type of engineering. I just guessed at the choices.
I apparently checked the box for "Assign bed heater to first nozzle". Maybe why its like this. -
RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
@elmoret I posted this earlier. " I have a brand new out of the package thermistor and 12 V DC heat core, they are wired directly to the appropriate blocks and still get Faults. Why is this not enough. I know you are attempting to help, just not sure about how!

RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
Have tried all suggestions and read this "Tuning the heater temperature control" I have a brand new out of the package thermistor and 12 V D heat core, they are wired directly to the appropriate blocks and still get Faults. I believe this board is one in a thousand fail. Here are some shots of what is going on. I removed the avaiation plug and used a connector strip to the Hot end assembly. Have contacted the retailer and they are watching this post for a clue of what is not working!

RE: No dc voltage to the hot end blocks
@elmoret Thank You not very savy with all this interlocking functions. Gratefull you gents have better understanding of the workings. Rather frustrated with this adventure, long gone is the fun of printing.
