Hello. On April 21, 2020, I purchased a Duet2 Wifi from Spool3D (Order # 200603992) Calgary. I notified Derek by Mail that I had a problem heating the bed and the hotten. I attach the video link as he asked me to explain the problem as best as possible. (I already have another on another printer that works wonderfully)
