@Phaedrux no matter what I try I cannot connect to duet Web contro DWC I tried reloading in systems "runonce.g"and I still can't connect I had enough with duet3D it's been 3 months now and I'm still not able to use my 3D printer with duet 3D I tried this board on three different computers and it's not working I want out of duet 3D I want a refund for my monitor and for my board this is so frustrating too bad your product doesn't work for me this project might not be for me because no matter what I do it does not work on none of the computers I have so I want out of duet 3D please refund my money there's nothing I can do about the 3 months that I'd spent trying to get this thing working

@Phaedrux no I am unable to connect by USB still

 @Phaedrux  I tried connecting by USB and it will not connect still I checked my router and it is connecting to the designated IP address that I signed to it to make sure that it was I turned it off checked my router and then turned it on and it came up with the correct IP address connected

@Phaedrux I will try connecting via USB again I will give you an update in a little bit I got to go to lunch with my mom and dad I'll do it when I get back so probably about an hour or so

@Phaedrux I did reserve a IP address in my router for the duet board on my screen when I go under settings it shows that IP address and the screen connects to that router number

@Phaedrux no I had never had been able to connect via USB since I got the board I had to add a file to systems with my Wi-Fi information I haven't tried that yet this time I figured it was working fine when I last used it but now it doesn't work at all no matter what I do I cannot connect to duet web connect

@Phaedrux having problem connecting to duet Web connect it was working fine for the 2 weeks and I printed a calibration cube and it came out pretty good I had to take two weeks off to take care of my dad and now I'm trying to reconnect to duet web connect and now it will not connect I tried turning off the board turning it back on I tried turning off the computer rebooting the computer several times I tried turning off Wi-Fi and turn it back on no matter what I do it will not connect to the wet web connect

@Phaedrux wow it's connected today so I'm going to try running some updates and level in my bed with a BL touch

@Phaedrux Yes Prince solutions already replaced the board this is a new board and I'm still not able to connect USB and the Wi-Fi will not connect to duet web connect and if I do connect it loses signal and will not reconnect

@oliof sometimes I can connect to the Duet web connect and other times it will not find it and it will not connect and it will also lose connection and will not be able to connect so at this time I am not able to connect to USB or connect to Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi

@droftarts I'm sorry My misunderstanding I did not know I needed to open a new ticket with this new board so I contacted printed solid to open a new ticket 42307

@T3P3Tony The resolution that I'm uploading them with is the lowest that's my phone will take the photo in I uploaded them before with some help I don't have a photo editor

@droftarts Yes on the router it is set to channel 10 at 2.4 I sent you a picture of the router connection and yes via USB it comes up in the Device Manager as duet

@droftarts I purchased the original board from printedsolid

  @droftarts The new board would not connect by USB from the beginning so I did load runonce.g to the system file and I was able to connect buy Wi-Fi to the board and I was configuring the board but just recently I was not able to connect by Wi-Fi it was working fine but now it will not connect by Wi-Fi to the board I mailed the old board on June 28th 2024 I will include a picture of the drop off slip. The new board is set to channel 10 and it is running at 2.4 G and I'm still not able to connect via Wi-Fi! I purchased the original board from printed solid

@T3P3Tony I am willing to look into buying a new router what router do you recommend that works with this product just to make sure that it is not my hardware

@T3P3Tony yeah I know you guys replaced the previous board and this board was working good for a while but now it will not connect to the Wi-Fi and from the beginning it wouldn't connect to USB if I turn the machine off and then turn it back on it loses its Wi-Fi if I reload runonce.g it will connect to the Wi-Fi again but if I turn the machine off it will not reconnect to Wi-Fi unless I reload runonce.g then it will reconnect to Wi-Fi but as soon as I turn the machine off it will not connect to Wi-Fi this board was not working properly from the beginning because it would not connect to USB this board was working correctly except it would not connect to USB from the beginning so this board is messed up it is a default board from the beginning because it would not connect USB so clearly this board is a default board from the beginning it will connect to USB if I push the reset button but as soon as I disconnect it and try reconnecting it it will not connect to USB unless I push the reset button so clearly this board was default from the beginning and I was trying to work with you guys to get this going and it did work for a little while but now it's not connecting to you to Wi-Fi are you guys going to back up your product or not
