Yeah, that's a pretty standard policy. But this isn't a standard product. If I wanted standard, I'd buy a $30 MKS board off amazon and if it was DoA, I'd expect to have to jump through a few hoops to get it replaced. Instead, I bought a premium product from an authorized distributor for a premium price.

Thank you again for the quick response. I would like to reprint the last completed print via an external button or if not possible the paneldue.

Above you mentioned "Remind me to add the name of the last file printed to the RRF3 object model. Then it will be possible to write a macro that reprints the last file printed."

I know when I first bought my duetwifi it took me a while to get it going and dialed in. Unfortunatley these boards are not designed for 1 specific type printer and are highly customizable. That is why I bought one. I get better prints than I did with my Anet a8 board. All though other boards are fairly plug and play for I3 clones they are a lot harder to change programming if you need to make changes. I have a ramps 1.4 for my MPCNC and I hate having to modify the software to get it to work right with end stops and such. Duetwifi only takes me a second. Keep working you will be glad you did.
