so there was a setting in cura that had to be switched. I had to change the "code Flavor" from repetier host to reprap. Must have forgot to do that after I installed the board. it seems that the mesh compensations is working now.
wow, that embarrassing haha, i tried that before but that was when i was running the RRF3 config on the RRF2 firmware, It works now! i learned a lot thank you for all your help!
