The problem exist on 3x PC win10 and win11 and also on Linux mint.
It does not occur on any OS connected via Wifi.

HOWEVER - if I install new win11 on another HDD (same PC), files uploads without issue.

This is a bit confusing. You say that it doesn't work after updating to win11, and also that it does work after updating to win11.

If you don't already have a G4 S5 delay near the start of your config.g you should add one to give all boards time to startup before the configuration is executed.

If you give us some more information maybe we can work out what's going wrong and solve the root of the issue?
