i have a TLM modded with Duet... in what can i help you?
Prusa printers have launch a freehold ebook of concepts of 3d printing....
I have see a few and can say its very good...
I wish I had that book when I started ... Some time ago nothing happened to me on the forum ... I take this opportunity to congratulate everyone on Christmas ...
Happy holidays and a happy new year ... May the Covid be kind to you ...
P. D.: If anyone has the link to the vaccine for the Covid from Thingiverse ... Let them put it .....
It will be ebook avaliable?
some idea where start?
Can someone post your config?
In this moment have this:
Short Bowden, aprox 20 cms.
Pressure in advance: M572 D0 S0.1
When i try to print various objects, i have clogs in first 20 layers, aprox
I am having some problems with PETG and retractions, when I try to Print some objects in the same bed... In first layers I have clogs... However, if I print one or two copies of the same model, I do print it...
I think that can be an issue of retractions... If I fine tuning pressure in advance can quit or almost reduce retractions?
I generally use CURA 4 to SLICE the models to print, but when switching to FW v3, I want to try Slicer PE .... But in the first model I try, I am having problems, it brings the supports up to the top face.
I include some image captures:
The model is a"Dragon hotend backpack"
THIS IS THE MODEL SLICED WITH CURA, SIMILAR SETTINGS, OK.
I know this is not something directly related to the DUET board, but it is a forum where there are people who can help me ...
After update to firmware 3.x... the results of calibration has changed....
One thing, for me interesting, its that in FW2, when calibration end, jumped a pop up with calibration results, in Chrome... This allowed me to know at a glance if the calibration had been good, or had there been a problem ... now, it is not that it is much less accessible, it is less comfortable ...
Is there a way to activate that informational message with the result of the calibration?
The next question, also related, is to help me understand the calibration results ... for example, these are my last results, in console....:
G32 Calibrated 8 factors using 17 points, (mean, deviation) before (0.209, 0.048) after (0.000, 0.041)
Whats its de mean and deviation? Some web when find info? or can someone explain it?
think i have solved...
although after doing the temperature calibration, he entered the gcode M500 in the console so that it was recorded in the config.g .... he did not. So manually, I have edited the config-override and copied / pasted the bed line to config.g.
Now it seems to work
after upgrading my Duet v2 to Fw 3.x... i am having to calibrate bed temperature....
But, after calibrate, i have an error, with this message in console:
Error: Heater 0 fault: temperature rising much more slowly than the expected 1.7°C/sec
There is form to rise/low this limit....? the bed temperature rises, but slow...
i have do the change to Firmware 3, and i am having issues to setup Zprobe....
The line in config.g for zprobe, in firmware 3 its:
; Z-Probe M558 P8 C"!zprobe.in" R0.8 F150 Z1 ; set Z probe type to unmodulated and the dive height + speeds G31 P500 X0 Y0 Z2.5 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height M557 R85 S20 ; define mesh grid
the Zprobe its a Precision Piezo Orion
With this setup... sometimes works and sometimes no... yesterday i acomplish do a calibration and a compensation... in fact, in this post i upload the results of a compesation....
But this morning all changes:
I have try to tighten and loosen, and nothing.
I have try to do the test with fans off
I have try to do the test with bed heater on and off
Someone has a Precision Piezo Orion working in Firmware 3? What setup have it?
in the config.g file there was NO such space ...
Can I add something else .... I have tried to disconnect the thermistor from the bed ... and DWC, with the bed thermistor disconnected, continues to show the same value -273.1.
It shows the same, if the thermistor is connected than disconnected ...
