RE: Parts fan always on
Seems to be a common problem, I have had a second board do this, are Duet covering these under warranty?

Firmware Upgrade Mag Filament Sensor
Hey Gents,
So I have been trying to update some Duet magnetic filament sensors
(1,7a) and they don't seem to update.I am using Pololu AVR programmer (using the "program device from ELF Production File") and have soldered the ISP header pins onto the board to ensure not data failure. Read the board no probs, fuses are set right and flashing the current FilamentSensor.elf file under Release 44a works no probs and verifies.
Yet when I query the sensor from the duet 2 (3.2.2) I get the firmware version 1 and no readings on the magnet strength
[Duet3D rotating magnet filament monitor v1 on pin e0stop, enabled, sensitivity 25.98mm/rev, allow 85% to 125%, check every 3.0mm, no data received]Is the file on the repository correct, should I be using Release 45?

RE: M558 H Little monster Delta
Your RMS is pretty good although your probe area looks rather strange

RE: Palette 2 / Canvas Hub Announcement -- Duet compatible?
Well there is nothing stopping you printing via the Duet web interface when not using the the pallet 2.
Unfortunately the duet interface has been so buggy in the last couple of releases (connection drop outs, won't upload over Wifi when larger files already on duets SD card, stops counting the layer number if the layer number is displayed at all, fails pretty badly at estimating times, drops out continually when monitoring a print). That is all before you account for the fact you can't access the duet externally natively , there is no image capture to make doing timelapse easily, most of the menu items are a pain to use even on the 7" screen due to little to no UX methodology being used in it's design. Don't get me wrong, there are some great features in the Duet web design, especially when it comes to updating the printers firmware and it is my go to when doing something simple but Octoprint just offers a better overall solution despite looking a little less polished on the surface.
I can see using the Pallet 2 without the Canvus hub/Pi would be a pain and this disconnect between the the Pallet and Printer is what stopped me purchasing it in the first place, but I signed up immediately to a couple of the new Pallet 2 with the Hub.

RE: Pallet 2 or Prusa multi mk2
Duet supports printing via octoprint, so just grab the Canvas Hub and plug into Pallet 2 and USB on Duet and you are good to go.

RE: BLT Touch - duet Wifi
This is a very common problem with the BLTouch as it is basically a useless device. The design relies on some heatshrink to hold the magnet to the probe for Hal sensor and set the length of the probe, this is of course sensitive to heat making it useless when mounted anywhere near heat (like your hot end).
Do yourself a Favor and get a DC42 IR Sensor.

RE: Calibration cube corners.
ABS suffers from slow printing, too much heat is transferred and you end up sagging the layers under the layer you are printing, try bringing the speed up to 50mm/sec. A small amount of air flow will sharpen up the edges but will also make the part super brittle unless you can keep the air temp above 60*C.
You also are clearly over extruding which will be exacerbate the layer issues
