@techworld Glad you got it working.

The answer is "yes" you can auto-pause on layer change (using - pause yes and -detect layer). I encourage you to read the documentation as there are additional things to consider (see -rest and also the use of -seconds with -detect). Note that depending on your printer the resultant model may not be "great" - cooling between layers etc.

I see from another post that you appear to have resolved the resolution differences you were seeing. Is that the case ? Was it my suggested approach or some other method?

@techworld just the capacitor is enough if the PSU can take it. If it can't handle it then you need a resistor and high-current Schottky diode as well.

@techworld Its a Linux file system so you cant see them by plugging the SD card into a Windows computer

@techworld First of all, it's bad practice to use different firmware and DSF/DWC versions. Do not install firmware updates directly over the web interface in SBC mode, do it via apt update/upgrade instead.

Once connected over SSH/Linux terminal, check if apt update succeeds. Perhaps your machine doesn't have internet access but requires it to download the libgnutls30 package.
