I am using Duet 2 wifi 1.02, firmware version 2.05 on 24V cartesian printer. The resume after power loss feature is not working properly. Sometimes saving to resurrect.g file, sometimes not. Eventually it stopped working at all. Can anyone help me where I might have gone wrong or has anyone experienced that under what conditions it does not work? Thank you
The gcode I use is as follows
M911 S21.0 R23.0 P"M913 X0 Y0 G91 M83 G1 Z3 F1000"
PSU is OMRON 24V 350W
Most probably, overheating caused this problem. I moved the controller from the heatbed side to the other side and the problem solved for now.
@bearer Thank you for your suggestion. It seems that the best way to understand the cause of the problem is to take the panel due out and try it out. Actually, the reason I asked this problem was to find out if there was a definite reason. As I understand that the problem stems from my use.

Yes i am using stackable header. Is there any other type of connection you can suggest that fits there?

I cannot connect the LCD directly to the controller because there is not enough space for it. Actually I have been using it for a year like this and this problem just appeared.
Would it be useful if i try:

@blt3dp I dont think so because if that was the reason then the corruption would occur in the begining layers. But in my case, for example in 100 layer object ABS print, it starts at the 50th-60th layers
Yes, it is inside the printers' frame and the printer is fully enclosed.
I use 10 cm 40 pin ribbon cable for connecting lcd with paneldue board because they are fixed in different places. The chamber where paneldue board is fixed heats up to 45°C. I dont think lcd heats up much.
After the printer cools down corruption disappears when i turn it off and then on. But as 45°C is not a high temp. i wonder if there could be anything else that causes this problem.

When making high temperature prints, the screen looks like the pictures. Slowly deteriorating. Could the reason of the problem be overheating of the PanelDue board? If so, what is the operating temperature for paneldue?
