Macro not working for BLTouch
I am using the macros that BeTrue3D had in his tectorial for installing a BLTouch . The BLTouch works but the macros dont. Named the macro, Alarm Release + Pin UP.txt..... is this the correct g-code--- M280 P7 S160 ; Alarm Release and Push-Pin UP. I have the other ones by him and they dont work either. I made another one named Move to Center and it works.. I am confused

RE: Z endstop stressing me out
@fcwilt Thank you. I had tried commenting that out but this time it worked..
Could you share your gcode for using both an endstop and BLtouch?? Thanks JOhn -

Hi,
We need a good deal more information.
How are you trying to test the endstops? What sort of endstop hardware do you have? Do the LEDs on the Duet respond to activating your endstop hardware?

Are you trying to home Z with stall detection? Have you tuned the stall detection parameters? Homing Z with stall detection is not for the faint of heart.
Post your whole config.g and homing files along with what you're hoping to achieve.
Using the m119 gcode I get lights for the x and y endstops. I cannot get Z to respond.
the stall detection was not my idea but was from the code generator.I was attempting to use a BL Touch but gave up on that idea at the moment because the BL Touch was faulty. The endstops are just the normal on off switches.
I have a coreXY and my bed moves up to the endstop and my y moves to the back (+)

RE: My BL Touch not self testing or deploying
@Phaedrux this is one of the articles that I used to help set up the BL touch. Even though it's not working correctly something's wrong somewhere. Probably having to do with heater three that I'm using but I'm not sure how else to hook it up...

RE: My BL Touch not self testing or deploying
@fcwilt thank you. I miss stated black wire, I meant Brown. The only thing I can consider is somehow heater 3 is not sending the signal with the code as is. Will have to Google some more... The only problem is that I think I have read what is available and have set the code according to what I thought was right... Wrong! Lol

RE: My BL Touch not self testing or deploying
@fcwilt I'm not at my printer right now but I remember the red wire going to I believe 5 volts the black wire going to ground and then the yellow wire is on the pin labeled heater 3.

RE: My BL Touch not self testing or deploying
@fcwilt I understand what you're saying now after thinking about it for a second. H3 I thought stood for heater 3 which is on the duet2 in the large expansion slot. Not sure of all the terminology.

RE: My BL Touch not self testing or deploying
@fcwilt I'm pretty sure that was the code I got off the generator a week ago. I only have the duet2, no Duex5... Do you know what it should be? John

No current on showing on DWC
I have been installing a Duet2 wifi to my corexy and im having a problem getting the motors to behave correctly. If I try to home x or y the motors will turn slowly. Using G1 S2 gcode to move motors without homing I cannot get the motors to move. I have tried to lower and raise the voltage with no success. In the DWC the current is showing 0 mA. ????![alt text]()
I have included and portion of the config.g showing my network. Everytime I have to restart the network with M522 S1. It doesn't seem to be using the line in config.g.....
