@wiego if you map Y to V on a tool and select that tool, then arcs that would normally be XY will be XV instead.

@wiego the CPR of an encoder is usually four times the quoted PPR. So try specifying 2000 instead of 500.

500/2000 is still rather low, most encoders do at least 1000/4000.

Do you have an instance of DWC open in a browser? It's the browser doing the unzipping when a zip file is uploaded. The Duet itself doesn't have the resources.

@wiego If your aim is to avoid damage, then perhaps calling "emergency stop" M112 would be the best action, I think that should stop the current movement?

@wiego this is not yet supported. I can add a motors enabled/disabled state for each axis and extruder to the object model in RRF 3.5.

@wiego are you sure the encoder isn't higher resolution than that? It looks like the measured motor steps is too high.

Do you get any other messages when the tuning fails? RRF normally reports its estimate of the measured CPR.
