And where do you call the G30?
It's not incuded in the homeall.g

Normaly it would look like this:
                    ; homeall.g
; called to home all axes
                    ;

                    G91 ; relative positioning
                    G1 H2 Z5 F6000 ; lift Z relative to current position
                    G1 H1 X-310 Y-325 F3500 ; move quickly to X or Y endstop and stop there (first pass)
                    G1 H1 X-310 ; home X axis
                    G1 H1 Y-325 ; home Y axis
                    G1 X5 Y5 F6000 ; go back a few mm
G1 H1 X-310 F360 ; move slowly to X axis endstop once more (second pass)
                    G1 H1 Y-325 ; then move slowly to Y axis endstop
                    G90 ; absolute positioning
                    G1 X128 Y160 F6000 ; go to first bed probe point and home Z
                    M98 "Pdeployprobe.g" ; deploy mechanical Z probe
G30 ; home Z by probing the bed
;G1 H2 Z5 F100 ; uncomment this line to lift the nozzle after homing

                    M98 "Pretractprobe.g" ; retract mechanical Z probe

PT 100 would be configured like this (change the spi to match the correct terminal)

                      M308 S0 P"spi.cs1" Y"rtd-max31865" ; configure sensor 0 as thermocouple via CS pin spi.cs1
M950 H0 C"bedheat" T0 ; create bed heater output on bedheat and map it to sensor 0
                      M143 H0 S120 ; set temperature limit for heater 0 to 120C
M307 H0 B0 S1.00 ; disable bang-bang mode for the nozzle heater and set PWM limit
                      M308 S1 P"spi.cs2" Y"rtd-max31865" ; configure sensor 1 as thermocouple via CS pin spi.cs2
                      M950 H1 C"e0heat" T1 ; create nozzle heater output on e0heat and map it to sensor 1
                      M143 H1 S280 ; set temperature limit for heater 1 to 280C
M307 H1 B0 S1.00 ; disable bang-bang mode for the nozzle heater and set PWM limit
                      M308 S2 P"spi.cs3" Y"rtd-max31865" ; configure sensor 2 as thermocouple via CS pin spi.cs3
                      M950 H2 C"e1heat" T2 ; create nozzle heater output on e1heat and map it to sensor 2
                      M143 H2 S280 ; set temperature limit for heater 2 to 280C
M307 H2 B0 S1.00 ; disable bang-bang mode for the nozzle heater and set PWM limit

but if you get output without this, this strongly indicated that you do not have pt100 sensors.

as @Veti mentioned you can remove the M98
I have removed them too, as they furthermore where not correctly coded.

your home scripts are for switches and not for probes.
there is no reason why the bltouch should deploy.

please go to the configurator and select bltouch and generate new home scripts.
