      Pretty much as title.

I'm currently experementing with different part cooling on my converted Anycubic Predator and would be really interested to hear what people are using on their setups.

Right now I'm testing a BerdAir setup, but also have some decent 4010 radial fans which I may try.

Bonus points for linking STL's of your setups 😉

I use my own designs using radial fans.
        They are both on thingiverse.
One is for using the original rods. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3603550
The other is for haydns rods.https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3768236

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

I can second that - this is by far the best solution in terms of raw part cooling performance I have come across so far.
Every other solution I tried did not offer even remotely sufficient part cooling performance.

That said, my long-term plan is to go for a frame-mounted CPAP blower and a CPAP tube to the effector (see Mark Rehorst's blog at https://drmrehorst.blogspot.com/2018/04/the-mother-of-all-print-cooling-fans.html).
Might save some weight on the effector and provide ample cooling power.

@themelle did you succeed with the smart effector CPAP design?

I use this setup from Thingiverse, with the E3D V6 hotend heatsink from the kit, titanium heat break, plated copper block & 0.4mm Olsson ruby nozzle.

That's with a Flex3drive system, so like this on top:
                https://flex3drive.com/product/g5-flex-for-duet-smart-effector/

The end result is very light but as precise as a direct drive setup.

I have been working on a dual berd air pump setup lately for high speed.

One this design the 2 pumps are combined before the pipes, the new version have one pump dedicated to in internal pipes and the other to to external pipes.

Using my own design as well. Using with Smart Effector v2, Revo, 2x 3010 blower fans and accelerometer.

I like this one, I'd like to see about fitting it to my setup, happen to have the step files?

I'm made a new version for the Bred Air pump specifically designed to the Rapido (standard or UHF)

It can be downloaded here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5472580

This design is not compatible with the Revo as it is shorter, I am working on a new version with the tubes on the side.
