      @deckingman i thought M302 was system wide? https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m302-allow-cold-extrudes
      P1 = allow, P0 = not allow?

      Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

        OK, done that. But still no M302 P1 = all gray buttons

        If you've changed the tool from T1 to T0, then you need to use M302 P0 not M302 P1.

        Cold extrusion is forbidden (use M302 P1 to allow it), min. extrusion temperature 160.0C, min. retraction temperature 90.0C

            I hope I have finally found the error, did run RRF Config Tool and copied the config.g and now it looks lite it is working. Do have to finetune motorparameters. I can not see any differences other than speeds.

            Will report my findings.

            So it looks like writing data on µSD card is somehow corrupted. Is it possible the write process is too fast and no CRC or whatever to verify is done?

              In DWC - Settings - Machine Specific, there is a toggle entitled "Use CRC32 checksums for uploads" or some such. Make sure it's "On".

                  What makes you think there is an SD card corruption? Do you have an example of a corrupt file?

                  What make and size of SD card are you using? Try inserting it in a Windows PC and checking it for errors.

                    Hi Andy,
                    Config.g was damaged obviously as it did work with a new copy written on card.

                    32G from Sandisk, no errors in Win.

                      @tecno So do you have the damaged version of the file? If so please post it....

                          @tecno It seems unlikely that your file has any sort of SD card read/write corruption. I would have expected to see large parts of the file missing, invalid characters, lines oddly truncated, but that file seems to be perfectly formatted and complete.

                          I did however notice that your tool definition line M563 does not have a D parameter, which means that the tool will have no extruder drive associated with it (and is probably what caused your problem). See: https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m563-define-or-remove-a-tool
                          "If there is no 'D' field the tool has no drives."

                            OK, You found a problem and that is the part Jay was helping with as regards fan issue.
                            Can very well be so that editing those lines D somehow disappeared with copy/paste.

                            Thanks for looking into this, as always appreciated.

                              You don't have a motor assigned to the tool. You need a D value.

                              EDIT: I see Gloomyandy got you there first.
