You can remove the R value entirely. The Duet knows what resistor value it's using.

Thanks I've removed the R value.
The temps have always been correct as they both show very similar values at room temp I just can't switch the hotend off via Tool0 only to standby and active.I think I'll redo the configs from scratch as you suggested.

Hi,
So regenerated the files via on-line tool this did fix the Heater 1 missing but not the homed height or endstops being way off also can't move any axis once homed without:

Hi,Is there anything in the home file to suggest why my machine is homing at twice the actual height ?
I did think it was because of the config override but it's not as it's deleted and still appears to do it without one
As soon as I hit emergency stop it returns to the correct height if that help until I try to print or delta calibrate and return to home
Also setting the probe height to 0.05 means it can't extrude as it's to close to the bed I'm experimenting with the heights some more ..though it leaves a nice keyed surface for when I eventually get it to print a layer(that's a joke by the way)! keeping it lite hearted and all that. -
Nothing that I can see or understand given my rudimentary experience with deltas. All I can suggest is to go through this very carefully. It holds the key to your success:

Sorry just so I understand where you've confirmed it's a calibration error why are you directing me to the Calibrating a delta printer wiki as I've stated I use the documentation to setup always..so I guess I'm asking where in that document does it answer the issues I'm having as I am constantly using those very pages to try to resolve my issues with no success as in no change what so ever.
Is it possible to have a faulty board with no error showing as in nothing on the board because I follow the guides and all appears to work as expected until I try to print and then it does not know where it is in relation to the bed
because if it is possible I won't waste any more of your time on it.
And yes not keeping it light hearted but I've followed every suggestion made here and no change and it's a little frustrating.Cheers

I'm inclined to think it's mechanical or a configuration error. It almost always ends up being mechanical in some way. Something loose, cracked, stripped, shifted, binding, skipping, etc. And when it's not, it's a config error of some kind.
The G1/G0 error you're getting reminds me of a recent thread. See here: https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/14821/error-g0-g1?_=1584397103870
I think that may be your solution to that issue.

I’m not running slicer software this is homing when switching machine on or after trying to print with no start commands in slicer Or if I try to calibrate,
I’ll try G28 in my home file ?
Rather than G1 commands
I do get a G1 error when trying to move -Z from home when the home height is wrong and have to reset to obtain the correct ish height but I can’t calibrate when the height is wrong also the endstops show as 10mm ish + or - when height is wrongCheers

First, the "second pass" slow home is commented out. This means that tower height, and therefore indirectly bed height, is dependent only one a single bang into the upper switches that occurs at F1800. This is not very repeatable or accurate.
Second, after that single bang, there is not a slight downward move (it is commented out). This means the carriages and effector are "trapped" up against all three switches and cannot adjust for tower offsets or angles. This will produce all kinds of bizarre behaviors. The macro just ends with the carriage sitting there up against the stops. Depending on what the next move is, various weird things are going to happen.

I notice there is an "m501" near the end of config.g. This loads /sys/config_override.g. Please either post that file, and/or consider taking the M501 out until we get this all straight.
