@Phaedrux I upload the exact file that I download...
-
@samu_87 Yes, that's the firmware but not the web interface. Just upload Duet2and3Firmware-3.4.5.zip without unpacking it first, then the web interface is updated as well.
-
@chrishamm Many thanks!!! now I see the plugins!
Can some one help me to adapt my config.g because cannot make the home correctly and if some one can help me to update the parameter. Thanks homedelta.g
-
Here the big difference, the homing sometimes don't work well and return me the message "Position can't be reach"...
I have traditional optical end stop and I have the piezo probe.
-
@samu_87 your M574 endstop settings should be X2, Y2 and Z2, for max end endstops. I assume this machine is a delta?

-
@droftarts Thank you so much!!! The problem was there, now I'm going to setup fans and heaters OMG

Hi, I think I configure Bed and Hotend well but the printer can't extrude:
Some help? Thanks!
-
Your tool definition is missing an extruder drive assignment.
You must add
D0
like this to your tool definition.M563 P1 S"tool1" H1 F0 D0
This assigns the first extruder drive to the tool.
It would be easiest if you copy and pasted the text of your config.g here so we can see the whole thing at once.
You can also send M98 P"config.g" in the gcode console and you may catch some error messages.
-
@Phaedrux Thanks! I Add M98:
I don't understand why drive 0 is not ok.
If I add D0 at M563 the tool 1 disappear... -
Please copy and paste the text of your config.g here so we can see it all?
-

M98
You have a random M98 at the start on your config. That's one of the errors so remove that.

Remove this from config.g it only needs to be sent once.
You're missing an M584 command to bind the drives to axis.
AddM584 X0 Y1 Z2 E3
after the M569 commands, but you must verify that that mapping is correct as I do not know which driver you have your motors plugged into.; Drives M569 P0 S1 ; Drive 0 goes forwards M569 P1 S1 ; Drive 1 goes forwards M569 P2 S1 ; Drive 2 goes forwards M569 P3 S1 ; Drive 3 goes forwards M350 X16 Y16 Z16 E16 I1 ; Configure microstepping without interpolation M92 X200.00 Y200.00 Z200.00 E432 ; Set steps per mm M566 X600 Y600 Z2800 E6000.00 P1 ; Set maximum instantaneous speed changes (mm/min) M203 X18000.00 Y18000.00 Z18000.00 E900.00 ; Set maximum speeds (mm/min) M201 X3000.00 Y3000.00 Z3000.00 E5000.00 ; Set accelerations (mm/s^2) M906 X1600.00 Y1600.00 Z1600.00 E1000.00 I30 ; Set motor currents (mA) and motor idle factor in per cent M84 S30

Can you send M98 P"config.g" again and share the results please?
You also need to have a tool selected before you can extrude with it, please add
T0
to the end of your config.g so that your tool is selected at startup. The extruder will also not work unless the hotend is at temperature by default unless you have cold extrusion enabled for testing.

@Phaedrux Now is good it was T1 not T0
If you want can you help me to configure command M591 to filament runout and the accelerometer that I have to connect to the daughter because i have MAX31865 for PT100.
Thanks a lot!
-
Ah yes, I missed that.
M563 P1 S"tool1" H1 F0 D0 G10 P1 X0 Y0 Z0 ; set tool 1 axis offsets G10 P1 R0 S0 ; set initial tool 1 active and standby temperatures to 0C
You should change those P1 to P0. Then T0 would be correct.
The tools start counting from 0.

Do you actually have a PT100 and daughterboard on the hotend?
I think you have your bed heater and hotend heater defined backwards.
You have
; Heaters M308 S0 P"e1temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4138 ; configure sensor 0 as thermistor on pin e1temp M950 H0 C"e1heat" T0 ; create bed heater output on e1heat and map it to sensor 0 M307 H0 B1 S1.00 ; enable bang-bang mode for the bed heater and set PWM limit M140 H0 ; map heated bed to heater 0 M143 H0 S120 ; set temperature limit for heater 0 to 120C M308 S1 P"spi.cs1" Y"rtd-max31865" ; configure sensor 1 as PT100 on pin spi.cs1 M950 H1 C"bedheat" T1 ; create nozzle heater output on bedheat and map it to sensor 1 M307 H1 B0 S1.00 ; disable bang-bang mode for heater and set PWM limit M143 H1 S280 ; set temperature limit for heater 1 to 280C
It should probably be this. Where exactly do you have the bed and hotend heaters connected?
; Heaters M308 S0 P"bedtemp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4138 ; configure sensor 0 as thermistor on pin bedtemp M950 H0 C"bedheat" T0 ; create bed heater output on bedheat and map it to sensor 0 M307 H0 B1 S1.00 ; enable bang-bang mode for the bed heater and set PWM limit M140 H0 ; map heated bed to heater 0 M143 H0 S120 ; set temperature limit for heater 0 to 120C M308 S1 P"spi.cs1" Y"rtd-max31865" ; configure sensor 1 as PT100 on pin spi.cs1 M950 H1 C"e0heat" T1 ; create nozzle heater output on e0heat and map it to sensor 1 M307 H1 B0 S1.00 ; disable bang-bang mode for heater and set PWM limit M143 H1 S280 ; set temperature limit for heater 1 to 280C
Heater 0 is typically the bed. Heater1 is typically the first tool heater.

I don't know what you mean by this. The axis are only homed after running homeall. When the motors lose power they lose position and need to be rehomed.

Active just means that it is the currently selected tool. If you don't want it active at startup you must remember to activate it manually by clicking on the tool or sending T0 in the slicer start gcode.
