      I seem to be having an issue that is somewhat baffling to me. Then a gain....they all are. But anyways, I am attempting to configure input shaping on my new build (Duet 2 wifi, LIS3DH, 7" paneldue, RRF3.4) utilizing these instructions https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Tuning/Input_shaping_plugin . I am on the section titled "Move configuration." I set up my move on the X axis (because the accelerometer is attached to T0) to move from 20 to 200. After clicking "Next," my wifi module changes from Idle to connecting, and then changes again from connecting to idle and reconnects. The next screen appears telling me that Data collection was cancelled. What am I doing wrong?
      Input1.jpg Input2.jpg Input3.jpg. Sorry If I'm not providing enough information. Please do not hesitate to ask and I will be happy to provide anything that will help troubleshoot this. TYIA for your help!

        What version is your input shaping plugin?

        Is the printer behaving normally otherwise?

          @Phaedrux

          Version 3.4.1-b1

          I am getting a wifi module error that I have another thread on. I believe they are unrelated though. Otherwise, everything is functioning normally. I'm not sure if it matters but, the toolhead does move from the home position (middle of the bed) to the 20 position and then stops. It doesn't move the the requested 200.

            How is the accelerometer wired?

                  @Phaedrux I’m using 1.5m stepper wires.

                    @SonnyD1 that won't be good enough. Best use USB3 cable as it's shielded

                      @jay_s_uk How much does the length matter and how long should I aim for?

                        @SonnyD1 I use a 2.7m USB3 cable so any length should be fine

                          @jay_s_uk Apparently that was the issue. I bought a USB 3.0 cable and made it up and now its working. Don't know what to do with that data yet but thats a different issue. I'm making progress thanks to the help. Thank you.
