      I agree, the WiFi module is dead, because it failed to connect at all the baud rates that were tried. With the right tools (hot air desoldering equipment or very low melting point solder), it can be removed and then replaced. Don't try to remove it without one of those.

      The ESP-12S that you linked to is the correct module. Or you can use the ESP-07S + external antenna, such as https://www.amazon.com/Chironal-ESP8266-ESP-07S-Wireless-Transceiver/dp/B07M7L1CGL/ref=sr_1_12?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1548322176&sr=1-12&keywords=esp-07s.

          so after this disaster what's better option and ( safer ) to put capacitive sensor NPN 24 v
          end stop E1 or in z probe ?

            My power in 24 Vdc so the capacitive sensor NPN 24 v

              That diagram is good if your Duet is PCB revision 1.04. With earlier PCB revisions, we recommend using a diode as described in the wiki page con connecting z probes.

                    yah 😁 I notes that but I was lazy to change the color
                    any way nothing will happen to capacitive sensor it's just will not function .

                              I have Receive the new control unit and I just connect with yat and put old sd card and all setting work fine
                              also I connect the capacitive sensor and it's work perfect
