    • Panel Due & DuetWifi Cockpit

      For the Panel Due 7" I have designed a cockpit which integrates DuetWifi also. It is supposed to be used with 60x20mm I5 extrusions but you might cut the STL to your needs or use the Onshape CAD files for variations. For example you might surpress the "NXD evo" or change it to your super dooper printer name.

    • Bayonet Cable Terminal for the Duet3d Delta Smart Effector

      I have designed a Bayonet Cable Terminal for the Duet3d Delta Smart Effector. It is made for igus CF9.02.18 Chainflex cable and has an anti backlash Bowden clip also. Its itentional idea was to change effector without using tools and prevent wires from moving. First runs looks promising fine. You may use it with other cables with about 9.5mm diameter or just thicken it up with a printed shell thing or use tape to thicken it up. Or just change the parametric design in Onshape to your needs.

      It is just to route the cable, having a handle for M16 nut and anti backlash clip.

    • RE: Where\how to enable Pressure Advance?

      My bowden tube is about 200mm long. It ist a flying extruder thing.

    • RE: Where\how to enable Pressure Advance?

      Pressure Advance interacts with jerk and acceleration of the extruder. My way to adjust is printing two cubes with facing seams whilst changing parameters (jerk, speed, acc., pressure advace) on the fly and looking attentive to the ongoing print with a magnifier. It is very subtile to adjust pressure advance on my printer but it is worth it.

      @deckingman
      That is correct. Also the filament comes more straight out of the BMG. You will experience this this especially with sensitive and very flexible filaments.

      @deckingman
      Bondtech BMG here operating as flying extruder in a delta printer. I had spring loaded and e3d Titans as well before. I would never go back again. My Bondtech BMG works flawlessly for some Kg of filament now and causes no problems at all retracting like crazy (fast and often). I can recommend the Bondtech system. It is worth every penny.
