@akluge You can do it with M569 S0 or S1 or by changing the wiring of the stepper, please see first comment in https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Duet_2_Maestro_Wiring_Diagram by Keith. Is this what you meant?

@akluge No; You set everything in config.g, which is read when the Duet boots up. There is nothing to 'set' in the firmware, start at the top of the documentation tree to see how setup is done the Duet way.

@Danal thanks for the help that worked now i need to change the limit switches from constatnt on to on when the switch is triped
