Thank you all for your input
And thank you whosrdaddy for the solution. i tried extruding without the heatbloc connectet.
And filament extrudes as it should. so after a cleanup it should work fine .
Thanks again

And it has worked fine for me too until i updated firmware ???? it makes no sense i know . But its a fact. I even tried re uploading the firmware with no change
So somewhere in my files there is a little gnome teasing me
Pancake? dunno . its the motor delivered with the titan ( e3d ) 26 mm thick . And i run on 12V on my system
my problem is that it dosnt extrude enough filament . only about half.
It's a 9 degree stepper and i have had it running fine.
measuring 100 mm filament and mark it and tell it to extrude 100 mm. it only extrudes 60 mm with this setup ?

i tried swapping M92 and M350 as sugested. Still doesnt change a thing ?
the fun part is that it worked fine before ??
After i upgraded to latest firmware, my extrution is way off .
Nomatter what i set the step pr mm to, it dosnt change a thing ?

What am i doing wrong ?
I installed the 1.20RC3 and webserver
but lost wifi signal ?
SENT: M115
READ: FIRMWARE_NAME: RepRapFirmware for Duet WiFi FIRMWARE_VERSION: 1.20RC3 ELECTRONICS: Duet WiFi 1.0 FIRMWARE_DATE: 2017-12-16
I got the Mini IR board on my Creality CR-10
I have the mesh bed leveling working fine.
But i would like to use the sensor as Z endstop .
I am guessing i should have the bed center as home for starter
so i dont go outside the bed when homing Z
any sugestions ?

Works great on my CR-10-4
Using the original case ,and like you , i raised the board about 30 mm for airflow.
I did swap the original case fans for a single Noctura 60 mm fan , and that keeps it just aound 30 degrees .c
I use the 5" PanelDue . And i must say i really love this setup . Really quiet printer now
Thanks for a great job on this g code
Dunno what it was most likely a bad .stl file
now it works . But thanks for your time
Happy tinkering or printing
Nae that wasn't it .
My homing works on all axis and they behave as they are supposed to.
But when i start a print it's whole different story.
It may be me not explainig correctley . when it prints , it does so upwards instead of flat on the bed ? Like as if the printer was flipped 90 degrees . ( pritty mutch what i wrote before but i dont know how to best explain that )
It ha 2 Z motors. Not 2 Y motors. And they use the same connector,
I just double cheket my connections, and they are not swapped .
It all works fine when i use "home all" and the other axis commands.
Only when i start print, the wiers stuff start
I have everything set up for my cr-10-4 ( 400x400x400 )
Used https://www.duet3d.com/forum/thread.php?id=3145#p28325 as a template and it workes like a charm.
Had some problems with the endstops but guided by DjDemonD ( thanks ) i got that solved.
But when i print , it does so upwards instead of on the bed ?
It's like it thinks my Z axis is my Y axis ?
I am pritty new into this so excuse the mess

I have 2 wire endstop. When i trigger by hand the led light up on the bord. But it dosn't stop the axis movement . Same for all.
Am i missing something?
