perhaps a lot more people would consider using the sbc mode on duet3 boards, if it would offer more features / functionality as right now .
most people dont want to hassle with another level of complexity, only to add wifi and offload the webapplication with a few plugins.
Im personally looking forward what the future will bring. My Duet 3 is Running in sbc Mod + Lc1 v1 almost a Year now with very little trouble, while riding the unstable branch the whole time

Using a bltouch 3.1 with the standard P9 config and deployprobe.g and retractprobe.g files

is that a mosquito aqua in combination with a orbiter ? a few people use also the combination from mosquito air and the orbiter on the EVA Carriage System. They work really well. Do you also use a single 120mm radiator with fan for you cooling loop ? i´m thinking what would the best way to integrate the Extruder STepper Motor and Toolboard somehow to the cooling loop. Printing the most Time at around 75°C in the chamber PC , Abs or Abs-PC Parts. Until now i didnt get any Errors or Warnings regarding the temps. Im real curious how long they will last

I would like to test a inductive Probe on my flexsteel plates that would need 24V (VIN) , because i slowly getting problems with deformed probing pins because of the temps when printing PC at 120°C bed and 70°C chamber
it is a Normal Open switching on.
how should i wire it to the IOs ?
could i get the + from VIN and only use the signal wire / - for the trigger ?

@phaedrux Yeah, as i saw that line i was a little bit shocked, because as i switched to FW Retract, i double checked every settings in the Printer Settings Menu, and was happy that it worked, but musst have overlooked that Line
@dc42 I think i foäund the Problem, i didnt even know that there was a seperate plugin installed calle Linear Advance Feature. The checkbox was hidden under the Material Tab
I deinstalled the plugin and slice the file again to check if the Value will be overwritten again

Today i had a little bit time to investigate further with the PA Settings Problem.
After a reboot, the Printer shows the right value of 0.050 after sending M572 D0 over the console.
When starting a print in Cura 4.9.1 , i send the M572 D0 again and get a Value of 0.000 ???
Now i switched the PA command back up to Line 61 and will try how it behaves at the next small print.

The same M122 right now after starting the Print:
@dc42 when i observed today correct, then it reportet before the print and after a initial power up the correct value of 0.050. At that Time the M572 was in line 43.
After starting the Print the extruder 0 showed 0.000 and the extruder 2 the correct value of 0.050
after manual triggering the command wiht 0.050 over the console again, it worked during the print. will test at the evening what happens when i restart a print without restarting the printer.
in my cura startcode is nothing except 3 lines for priming the extruder , nothing else
using firmware retraction
there i noticed that sometimes the retraction speed is at 1mm/s after a printer restart, even if the config setting is 2400mm/min.
at the moment a 6 hour print is running. after that i could start testing again
in cura are no Printer settings regarding the motion control like jerk, acceleration or linear advance. only priming and FW retract

what could it be that my printer is loosing his PA setting at the start of a print ?
