My Simplify3D 4.1.2 profile, working with dual extruders on a Railcore running a Duet 2 WiFi.

The scripts use RRF 3.3 features. They also use some of my macros, which I put in the second link. In the Starting Script, you'll want to change var ExtruderCount = 1 to var ExtruderCount = 2 to use both extruders. I recommend in many cases using a Prime Pillar, at least up to the the height where the last tool change happens. The tool change script uses the Prime Pillar to catch ooze during the change.

@dc42 Hey all - finally got time to pull it apart. I replaced the wires with a lower gauge wire and everything works perfectly again. Thanks for the quick responses.

I am not very well versed in Duet software or hardware but if you post your problems in here someone will help.

Contact Filastruder and point them to this thread. They may want to run some tests on your board before sending you a warranty replacement.

Can you post your M558 line? You should be using P8 with a threshold of 500, the signal range is between 0 and 1000.

Can you tune the Uni v2.75 so that the blue led is lit and then see what the reported value is?

I have a hotend on E0 and bed on E1. I have a second board/printer that is working fine with the same config and setup. I swapped the thermosisters to make sure they work and they are fine. Just not on E0. Please see config below for the thermosisters. Any thoughts?

Temp is showing normal on E0, 2000 on E1.

The M305 P0 command is for the bed thermistor, and M305 P1 is for the E0 thermistor. To use the E1 thermistor, you need a M305 P2 line too.
