What's in your start gcode? That was my problem. Can you paste it here?

RE: Web UI (WiFi) and PanelDue stop responding when printing.
@dc42 Well, I may feel stupid now.
"M140 S{material_bed_temperature}" is correct. "M140S{material_bed_temperature}"
Not sure what M140S is, but it seems to be a reprap bug that turns off the wifi/display. Fixed the space and it seems to be working now. I'll keep going and see if it keeps working (I did have one or two times where the previous gcode worked, so not getting my hopes up entirely yet.)

Web UI (WiFi) and PanelDue stop responding when printing.
Using a newly replaced (had a bad fan FET) duet 2 wifi on a paneldue 7i. All genuine and recent purchases (within the last 6 mo) all running the latest firmwares as of today. The configs work and printing seems to be working.
The problem is that the instant my print starts, the web UI times out and the paneldue 7i freezes on the last screen it was on prior to printing. The print starts and finishes fine, but this is a new development. Normally, I usually lose faith in any SD card I recieve in anything stock, so I put the contents of the SD on a brand new 32GB SanDisk microsd and tried that. Like the last one, I'll get a functioning setup for a couple minutes, then it'll fail.
What can I try to resolve this? I'm getting pretty frustrated with seemingly flakey (but expensive) hardware..

RE: PWM Fan 1 Output not working
Filastruder is sending me a new unit. Thanks everybody for your help. I may make a digikey order for those fets now though, just so I have them when my warranty ends. haha.

RE: Orion Piezo issues
Glad to help. I ran a large forum for a while and the level of google indexing and such that leads people to a solution is usually worth coming back for.

RE: PWM Fan 1 Output not working
@droftarts Thanks for that! As I mentioned, I'd prefer a warranty replacement for sure. I think @T3P3Tony and @dc42 have to comment on this thread directly for filastruder to honor it.
I have the skills to replace a mosfet, but not the equipment at this time. I also would hate to void my warranty. That's half the reason I buy genuine stuff in the first place. (the other half being that I'm supporting the creator)

RE: PWM Fan 1 Output not working
I have tried inverting the output to the fan through the gcode. I verified the fan's functionality and polarity on another PWM output as well as the always on outputs.
As for unplugging with the board powered, I did not do this as I typically don't work on electronics while they are powered. I've learned the hard way when I was young.

RE: PWM Fan 1 Output not working
I'm really at a loss here. I want to use that output and I was really banking on it working. Does anybody have anything else I can try? Is there a way to test for a bad mosfet? @T3P3Tony ? Filastruder needs an admin here to confirm this to get a replacement sent out.

RE: Orion Piezo issues
For documentation purposes, I figured the issue out. The issue was that the potentiometer was rotated 180 degrees. Had some back and forth emails with Idris @Precision Piezo and he confirms that it's a super hard thing to diagnose. I just got lucky and gave it a shot.
The Orion is working flawlessly now.

@T3P3Tony Any thoughts on what my next steps are?

RE: Orion Piezo issues
I think I figured it out..... My PETG printed part may have been slightly warped. Printed in PLA and it works... Huh.

Orion Piezo issues
I've been having some issues with my Orion Piezo. It seemed fine at first, but then I got mesh leveling working and realized that it may not be super consistent. After a random amount of probes, it stops reading. I also noticed that it takes quite a bit of force to trigger a probe. There's no amount of pot tuning I can do to make it a lighter tap. It seems like tapping the cooling fan claw/shroud makes it trigger every time, yet the nozzle takes a much more violent force.
I'm at my wits end here because I can't seem to figure this out. I've attached my config.g and any other relevant files.
Let me know what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks,
Micah Morton

RE: PWM Fan 1 Output not working
In can post my config.g, but it doesn't have that one configured at the moment, but I can tell you I've tried:
M107 P1 ; just to make sure it's off
M106 P1 H-1 ; to disable thermostatic control (read that in that url I posted above)
M106 P1 S255None of those things made it turn on where it did work on the other two ports.

PWM Fan 1 Output not working
Back in late July, I bought a Duet Wifi from filastruder. Only in the last couple weeks have I had time to finalize my FT-6 build and install the Duet. Everything seems to function - great in fact - except for one of the PWM fan outputs. I'm using the duet wiring kit/official connectors and I'm no slouch to crimping, but if I move the working fan from PWM Fan 0 or 2 to PWM Fan 1, the fan ceases to work and no matter what GCode I throw at it, it doesn't seem to want to spin up. I have seen it twitch a little and one time it spun SUPER slow, but that's the extent of it. Acts like a FET is working at half power or something.
I did see this: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_and_configuring_fans#G-code_controlled_fans and disabling thermostatic control didn't seem to do anything.
Is there something else I can try? Or does this board need to be replaced? I would really love that 3rd PWM fan port.
