True, you can get anti backlash screws, and they'll make a better machines. But that doesn't fix the backlash in the bearings. It's also a lot more expensive.

NC switches are "Normally Closed" (conducting). You use that setup so when a wire breaks, you don't lose safety. Always consider safety when making setup choices. Maybe a router that operated at a snails pace with undersize motors doesn't have the same safety issues, but it starts good habits and avoid copy-paste into a machine that is more substantial.

I guess you are not using firmware 2.03 then. Please repeat the tests using firmware 2.03.

When you home Z, you probe first at 500mm/min then at 50mm/min. What probing speed do you use when you run G29?

To pile on to @natewalck's idea - besides the extruder choice, there are several variations among Railcore builds that would be great to capture with a simple radio button or select.

For example, 250mm vs 300mm build dimensions is a change that's trivial to capture and adjust for, but critically important to have propagate several places. Most self-sourced builds use 0.9 degree steppers, while kits use 1.8. etc.

Figured I'd throw in a few more examples of uses since you're already thinking of rewriting the configurator.

If you use long wires, or you will have connectors in the cable, then 4 wires is best. If the cable is short with no connectors except where you connect it to the PT100 and the daughter board, then 2 wires is sufficient.
