@pcnoobneedsmajorhelp, power down your printer and disconnect your thermistor then check its resistance against the manufacturers specs then also check for shorts/breaks in the wiring 🙂

When you get the 404 are you able to ping the duet IP address?
If you connect via USB terminal (or paneldue) does it respond to commands? What does M122 say about the wifi module?
Is the LED on the wifi module lit up?

Need to figure out if it's a networking issue, or an SD card issue, or something else.

You can start with the Ender3 profile in the config tool. It's nearly identical.
