RE: 1 Stepper driver/Motor , 2 extruders EXP1XD
@Phaedrux Sure,! I’m installing new electronics in Stratasys uPrint and trying to keep original mechanical parts . uPrint has two extruders driven by one servo motor . I got duet 6HC+ expansion board. Expansion board drivers gecko drive G320X and G320X drives servo motor for 2x extruders , as well the behind extruder head where is two optical switches called toggle switches.
? How to drive one motor for two extruders but not at same time. I hope it clears my question

Is it possible to drive 1 Stepper driver/Motor , 2 extruders ???
How to drive 1 stepper motor for 2 extruders (it got 2 toggle switches)
Specifically “uPrint” with 6HC +EXP1XDThanks in advance

Dual purpose probe in RRF3!?
Anyone can help regarding z and x homing?
Duet2 WiFi Board
My probe (probein)is plain switch it has servo arm .My printer as well has Z max switch.
When arm/probe at 0 degrees it acting as X min endstop.. (probe.in)(same endstop switch)
When arm/probe deployed at 90 it could act as Z min as well as probing.(probe.in) (same endstop switch)
In RRF 2.0 was setup all ok it had Z probe min ,Z max endstop switch , Z probe X min.(in other words it had 4 endstops)
How to setup in RRF 3
How a many endstops can you have in RRF3 ,
When probe z acts x min with the same input? Thanks

Re: [Fried my printer](Can I 'upgrade' to Duet?)
Nice printer.I almost finished converting. The quicker way to convert is to rid off old electronics and wiring ,and place with the new stuff.
Regards fans yes whey are 12 volts Where is two options :add 24v to 12v converter ,from existing main board (Where is 2 on it).
Or change fans with 24v .Fans are 40mm all over the printer.2 fans are on a head one for cooling extruders and other for cooling plastic. I done a mistake by buying and not counting how many blades are on a fan it just makes more noise.QUESTION???HOW TO!!!
Printer has servo mounted on the right hand side on XY axes.On the servo arm where is mounted switch .When arm is vertical , switch act as probe and Z min .When horizontal it act as X min.
HOW TO CONFIGURE IN A FILES??Let’s scratch heads together : D

RE: DuetWifi clones and support
What an offence seriously?!?!? Rich people can afford Without thinking, middle level buys what affordable and homeless has nothing to loose....

RE: At what CPU temperature and active cooling ?
CPU temperature is it something todo with as reference for stepper drivers?..

RE: At what CPU temperature and active cooling ?
Thank you for confirming I was scratching my head for 5 minutes at first it look liked a formula

RE: Thanks!!!
I thank you to
But Start using/calibrating/get used to duet is not easy compared to Marlin.Hopefully I will overcome my hurdles
Thanks

RE: At what CPU temperature and active cooling ?
@dc42 Hi
in the docs ,it wasn’t clear to me “ M912 P0 S# where #” Is it a formula or format should be “M912 P0 S-12 “ after calculating value???Thanks

How about DuetWiFiSocketServer and RTOS-enabled ???
If I understand correctly DuetWiFiSocketServer, handles protocol to send packets???
And RTOS real time operations?

RE: Eclipse
Hi again everyone,..
Now step 7 is easy
- Download this github project as a zip file and unzip it into C:/Eclipse/Firmware. Then rename folder ReprapFirmware-dev in that folder to RepRapFirmware.
After this it gets interesting
Is that mean you can use RepRapFirmware itself without CoreNG and DuetWiFiSocketServer and RTOS-enabled ???
