Is it possible to override the laserpower with a slider (like e.g. the flow override in printer mode)?

I have built also a plasma cutter with a duet controller.
It works great for simple cuts. I used estlecam and now lightburn.If you want to cut complex shapes you should mention a torch hight control, because of heat-distorsion. If you are using pilot arc torch you have to do the wiring carfully (shielding and grounding) because of EMI

Is it possible to create a tool in laser mode?
I want to use a endstop at the high end and the z probe at the low end.
Therefore I want to use G30 S-2 to offset the laser nozzle. But then I need a tool to run the gcode.
The M563 Gcode to define a tool seems not to work.
Or is there a better solution to use the z probe and the endstop?

Since the working area is quite large (1500mm x 600mm) I can't go above 300 mm/min jerk without having excesive vibrations.

Meanwhile my co2 laser is working. Thanks for the great support.
I noticed that the laserpower at a contour with many small lines is much lower than with straight lines (see the picture below - the square was cut with the same laserpower as the deer ).
I think a min Power setting for velocity ramping should fix this.

I'm wondering how to configure the enable pin of a co2 laser. It would be great, if I could trigger an output with the M3 gcode or is it already possible?
Can somebody who uses a duet with a co2 laser share his configuration for the laser?

I have a similar problem with my blTouch after upgrading to RRF3.3 (Board: Duet wifi 2 ).
I replaced the wiring with a shielded cable, but the issue is still there.

yes that's the 1:3 reduction with a 60t and a 20t gt2 belt.
