Spoke too soon sizing is still off.
How much is sizing off? If it's a small amount and uniform across the bed, use M579 to correct it.

i think i copied it the first time without the last 0 on 1200 because i had upped it from 120 to 400 because i thought it was too slow!
its working great now, thanks
well you were spot on, removing the BLTouch and doing the manual calibration fixed it and all is well again!
