Okay, so F1200 is the first pass speed and 120 the second pass speed.

my line now looks like this:

M558 P5 C"^io3.in" H5 F1200:120 T6000

This thing flies, just gone from X200 Y0 to X20 Y250 in less than a second - scary fast.
