None of these values will autopopulate after I turn it on and auto homes itself and tests itself out?

Did you ever learn how to ride a bicycle?

If so do you remember the leap of faith you had to make without the safety net of training wheels?

Follow the steps to get the printer running, check your wiring multiple times, and trust yourself and take the leap, and flip the switch.

LOL. I didnt think it would be this complicated before I installed it. I thought it would be a quick swap. Anyways theres no turning back now.

I dont see where the Heater for the hot end should max at 280. Also there are 2 fans on the hot end. Shouldnt the values be identical? I got a lot of the fixes from someones 5 Pro config

I dont see where the Heater for the hot end should max at 280.

Add M143 H1 S280 at the end of the heater block under the M307.

Otherwise I don't see any obvious issues.

You can send M98 P"config.g" in the console to see if there are any syntax errors.

Otherwise it's time to do some testing.

as i posted earlier the Z steps according to marlin are Z800

                  M308 S0 P"bedtemp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4092 C4700 ; configure sensor 0 as thermistor on pin bedtemp
M950 H0 C"bedheat" T0 ; create bed heater output on bedheat and map it to sensor 0
M307 H0 B1 S1.00 ; enable bang-bang mode for the bed heater and set PWM limit
                  M140 H0 ; map heated bed to heater 0
                  M143 H0 S110 ; set temperature limit for heater 0 to 110C
                  M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4092 C4700 ; configure sensor 1 as thermistor on pin e0temp

delete the C4700 thats not the resistance. you can leave R empty and the correct default is choosen.

OK so I edited and turned on.

Seems ok. Temps are hovering at 22 deg C with heaters off.
Motors are F'ed up. Z looks good. Its the X and Y. I got some error codes.

I have that little daughter board connected for the bed heat. Looks like a relay board. Bed heat output on D3D connects to smaller board. Looks like the bed heat output triggers that smaller board. But if you think I should connect the bed straight to bed out on D3D I will

this indicates that your wiring of the phases are incorrect.

As it's only one phase of each driver that's reported as disconnected, a likely cause is a bad crimp connection.

x y z, presumably you have not moved the extruder.

the stock board config does not matter, as each board has different layouts.

did you follow the guide to find the phases of the motors?

@shatty Motors are 6 pin. The 2 inner and 2 outer are used. Dunno if that matters

If you used the same wiring order for the stepper motor connectors on the Duet as they were on the old board, then it should be correct. All boards that I know of put the wires for one phase at one end of the connector, and the other phase at the other end.

If you did have the phases incorrectly wired, the error messages would be different.

So IMO the most likely cause is a bad crimp connection. I suggest you use a multimeter to measure the resistance of each phase from the connector on the Duet.
