It would be great so meet anyone who is coming. If you would like to attend, can make it there, and don't yet have a ticket then pls email me tony@duet3d.com and we may be able to arrange a ticket, we have a few to give out remaining.

You will also get to see a new Duet3D product in person before anyone else.

Busy first day at Formnext. Lots of interest for the E3D toolchanger with Open5x five axis printer, and for the closed loop boards and motors. Off to the Prusa party tonight!

Another busy day yesterday, with lots of visitors to the stand. And continuing the Prusa theme, we were visited by the latest development in portable 3D printing; The Virtual Josef Prusa Robot Dog Prusa Mini printer, who came to check out our closed loop linear axes demonstrator:

Today promises to be even busier. But I still found time to fix a broken PanelDue 7i (clone!): https://thilo.tech/faires/formnext-2022/ (better picture of the Prusa dog, too).

@droftarts nice to finally put a face to you Ian!

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

Yesterday I visited the Duet3D booth and had the pleasure to meet the team and have a chat with David and Christian.

It made me realize just how much is going on behind the curtains and how much work and passion those guys are pouring into the development of new features and constant improvement of the overall system.

I am super excited about what's to come.
I hope you guys have a great last day at Formnext!

@samlogan87 Yes. Its a Nema23 form factor closed loop motor, with an optional brake with effectively a 1HCL built in. CAN FD and power connected directly to the motor.

We are interested what torque requirements people would be interested in and with/without the brake to go firm on our initial version
