Okay sorry guys I just found the problem even though I dont know how this could be.

It seems like the grounding point was not strong enough. I measured the VIN and it was only around 2-3V. So I used another ground point and not it works.
The old ground point was directly connected to the ground of the plug that goes into the printer. Now I connected it to the ground coming out of the power supply.

I did not knew that there could be any difference?
I mean the ground point from the plug also goes into the power supply.

But now it works, thank you anyways @jay_s_uk !

You may also want to look into updating the firmware on the Paneldue for best feature compatibility with the main firmware.

@oliof yes the machine has the M2504 stepper motors. I have 1000mA for the z motors and since I changed the driver everything works well 🙂

I guess you want the pwm capability.

I dont have the paneldue here but it works now, I took my laptop from home and made it normally via YAT.

Thank you for your answers.
In the slicer its no problem so while printing the should be no collision because its not possible to place parts in that area then.
Its only the thing that for a "user" it would be possible to reach a point where the printhead will collide with a part of the printer.
It seems like to avoid that I have to waste the blue area as well.

I will have a look at this and decide what is more important for me.

If anyone else has an idea how it could work, I would of course be very grateful.

@droftarts I can send the Pin Down and Up and I will test everything else tomorrow but I think if that works now it should be fine. I will give an update on the other stuff tomorrow when I´m back at the printer. Thanks!
