I have both nimble V2 and flex3drive whilst the nimble V2 has issues they claim is distortion during cooling of the injection molded gears it being a poor copy of the flex3drive there being a whole heap of story behind that I have had no issues with the flex3drive and have it on 3 printers all I would say is keep your tuning around the default spec especially with regard to acceleration and motor power lower the better
And if purchasing don't buy the SLA printed kit parts print your own if able to and buy the hardware kit, The orbiter I also have is really good highly recommend it got it back on my delta now with a lightened mount seeing how it goes.

I often get 6 flashes on at least 3 of my smart effectors on power on and then always get the 2 and they work fine but never timed it... but over 2 minutes maybe its noise initially with the SBC booting ? as long as you get the 2 flashes and it works I would look to maybe separate/isolate your wiring a little more maybe if a fan is kicking in close to the wiring or similar and see if it makes any difference or run with just the bare essential to test for noise but I wouldn't look to replace it yet if it does settle.

Also 7mm is a lot for direct drive 2mm max

M208 Z0 S1 needs to be Z-0.2 or some negative number as the effector is going negative to measure strain

If you G1 Z0.1 does it hit the bed before you calibrate G32?
You need to set your height currently H430.00 can't be correct also take out ;M501
don't want config_override at this point as it isn't helping.
Heat the bed to 60c nozzle 130c then home G28
don't calibrate just lower the nozzle to a piece of paper on the bed or .1 feeler gauge
that's your height minus off what's above zero/0.1 from M665 H parameter then reboot and G1 Z0.1 should be 0.1 above the bed then set your probe trigger height to -0.1 reboot and calibrate

your steps should be set to 1900 measure your filament at a few places over a few meters take the average and change your slicer filament setting to the average.

M201 X660 Y660 Z660 E40 is what it should be
Also what slicer are you using ?
try Prusa if not using it already with firmware retractions on
and the following in your config.g

;Retraction settings
M207 S1.5 R0 F900 Z0.4 ; G5 retraction setting
Let me know if this helps or not I also am able to run extruder motor @300ma for .4 and
400ma for .8 nozzles my motor is from an old Anet A8 and is basically silent with those settings

Try upping you extruder motor to 600ma just to see if the stalling reduces if the settings above don't help with stalling if having to up the motor power helps get a lower inductance motor but those accel settings should work

Well good it appears to function as intended..
My first suggestion would be that not all Kapton tape being equal possibly source a higher grade tape or my choice would be adhesive backed plain pei sheet avoid white text or such if possible these are relatively inexpensive from places like amazon/ebay which it what I use with my dc42 ir sensor with great success.

Hi Dennis,

I don't doubt it ... but if you put a sheet of paper under the probe does it change the probe height? as it may be seeing through the tape.

I think you are getting G29 and G32 confused. G29 gets reset during homing, G32 does not.

When you send G28 to home it's calling homedelta which is moving all the carriages to the endstops. This is clearing your calibration

never found a need to run G32 between prints as long as you don't rehome or switch the machine off/reset the board.
Also loading the stored height map via start g-code in slicer is good enough as long as it was saved during a tuned setup
Adjust the height of the nozzle from bed via trigger height so default is Z-0.1 try Z-0.15 further away
Z-0.05 closer

Make sure the bed is heated during probe and nozzle 60/130 works well and nozzle is clean
