Fixed all errors by installing 3.2b1 via bossa after resetting the board and then apt get for DSF DWC, had to reset the firmware as updating to the stable feed and going back to 3.1.1 was still giving the lost connection no data error every couple of seconds.

Now done a few small prints printer on for a few hours now with not a blip.
Again not sure if relevant to anything or anyone.

@toufou54 If this is all confusing I suggest you hold off on updating to a beta firmware release.

Hi Ian,

Sorry the board went in the mail run today wanted to keep it a while to test 3.2 beta 1
plus it is out of stock...but you get 7 days for return once they issue a returns # and I may have no access to office or workshop due to another possible 2 week lock down in my area

all the pins looked to be well attached and no oxidation all the contacts look ok..bit hard to see inside the slot

I re ran the PID and now have a completely new set of values though I had run it yesterday when the temps were off
so now very stable hot end temps so as long as it stays like this all good...how do you mark the posts as solved ?
