@jay_s_uk Hello, TKS for the reply. I was sitting near the machine when it happened again, this time I seen the error message : Over temp shutdown reported by drivers 3-4

Machine just stopping with no displayed errors
Machine just stops with no displayed errors, running Duet2 board, no heater faults, nothing. This has happened a number of times recently running different jobs and in no specific spot each time, both extruders and bed heater just turns off.
I don't remember the gcode command to list errors or history, can someone help me?

RE: Print Just stopping and disconnecting from Web Control
@phaedrux
I checked with the manufacturer for their latest firmware, 3.1 is their latest release. Two of the three resellers for this equipment no longer sell/support these machines, getting a response from the manufacturer's support team is often very difficult.
These 400 machines are available with four options for extruder systems, three of which are proprietary and one is an E3d Volcano, the standard extruders for these 400s are no longer available or supported, which forced us to seek an alternative system. On one machine we're running Volcanos ( running well with no issues) on the other machine we're running Super Volcanos ( experiencing issues.)
With the companies latest firmware release, they did include the option of Super Volcanos as part of the machine set-up, however, they don't sell the extruders with their machines. I purchased The Super extruders, installed them and they wouldn't work, what I discovered was that the firmware is set up to run PT1000 thermistors with the Super, however, the purchased extruders came with standard E3D thermistors. The manufacturer suggested that because we don't run high temps, just run them using the regular Volcano set-up. Could this be the issue?
As far as cooling, the control board is being cooled by a fan in an enclosed panel. I've attached the M906-M913 reports as well as the Gcode for both extruders sets.Again, thank you so much for your help!

I didn't create the macros, this is a purchased machine and what you see is how it was set from the factory.

RE: Print Just stopping and disconnecting from Web Control
@phaedrux Thank you for taking the time to reply to this issue!
The control board (Duet 2) is in a well ventilated (cooling fans) enclosure in a temp controlled room.
This has happened a number of times, some soon after starting the machine, most often 2-3 days into a print, this time it was 3 days into a 8 day print. It shut down sometime during the night and when I ran the M122, seen the error message, every thing had cooled off.Attached is the config file "Config.g

RE: Print Just stopping and disconnecting from Web Control
Thanks for the reply, I'm running another job now without it connected to Web Control. If it doesn't stop again, maybe I can isolate the issue better.

Print Just stopping and disconnecting from Web Control
Beginning to have issues with print jobs just stopping and disconnecting from Web Control. It stops in different places and with different jobs, turns off all the heaters and stops where it is at during the print. Nothing is being touched on the machine nor on the laptop, this is Duet 2 controller on a 3D Platforms Series 400. The power doesn't turn off, it just stops, I don't see any error messages either, has anyone experienced this type of issue before?

Setting Up a New Extruder System
Hello, I would like to ask for some help with the installation of new extruder system running on a Duet 2 mainboard. I run two large format industrial machines, the OEM doesn't support the cold end set-up we have anymore, the hot ends are running Super Volcanos. The extruder has, what they refer to as transmission, or gear drive set that only last about a year, It uses a 17HS15-1684S stepper. An updated extruder assembly from them is just stupid expensive!
I purchased a couple of Bondtech's QRs, the stepper 17HS3001-C5X specs are very similar to what I'm using now with the exception the coil connections. My existing stepper uses pins A 1-2 and B 3-4, while the Bondtech stepper pins uses A 1-3 B 2-4, would it be as simple as changing the connections to use this use extruder stepper or is it going to be a major change to the firmware?? -
RE: Having Issues new 6HC
@phaedrux
Thanks for your time, I really appreciate it!I'll updated the firmware on the Paneldue as well as the control board. I've created a config file ( used mostly default settings just to test) using the config tool. I've confirmed that the Paneldue is working, connected it to a running machine. The new config file has both the correct baud rate that matches the baud rate in the Paneldue and the M575 P1. I have the M552 network line and I've confirmed that I can connect to another machine using the same computer, I can't get the paneldue to connect nor can I connect with DWC.
I've also confirmed that the wire connections are good at both ends and that they are connected correctly.

Can't do any commands, attached is the config file. No machine image, I'm connecting everything to the board to confirm operation first.config.g -
Having Issues new 6HC
Having a number of issues and have no idea where to start. I've been running two industrial printers that run Duet2 ethernet as stand alones. Both machines run PanelDues 7is (one is intregrated.) I connect with either DWC or installing gcodes through a SD card extension.
I've been running these two machines for nearly two years and have become fairly comfortable using them, I've decided to build a large format machine for home, so, for me, it made sense to continue with something I'm somewhat familiar with, using Duet controls.
I thought it may be somewhat easier than it has turned out to be, I tired to install the firmware from a Duet 2 onto my Duet 3 considering I wanted to run my machine the same set up. I knew I'd have to make changes in specific areas, but I can't get nothing to work correctly.
The PanelDue connects and displays some information correctly, but nothing else seems to work. Really frustrated and don't know where to start, can someone please provide some direction?
Thank you!
