ok, I had to disconnect the whole power supply to the board (also USB). Then it worked. Thank you

So i added this in the config.g

M563 P0 D0 H1 ; tool 0 uses extruder drive 0 and heater 1
G10 P0 S0 R0 X0 Y0 ; set tool 0 temperatures and offsets

Shouldn't this now also be displayed under Tools in the dashboard?
Cause it doesn't show anything.

Which sliver do you use?

I didn't set anything of a tool 5 in S3D and in Duet I created the tool.

I have a little problem with the homing of the X and Y axes.
I have to drive first Y and then X to the end stop.
At the moment it drives both axles at the same time and so it doesn't work with my setup.

I've created a new extruder tool in the Duet Web UI.
Assigned heater 1
Assigned motors 0
Number 1 (is that relevant for anything?

The tools in the DUET Web UI also show it, but in Simplify3D I don't get a temperature.

What could be the reason?

Okay, I've got it now.
However directly a new problem, I have constant connection breakdowns....

I go to the UI website home the axes and making 2-3 movements in the X or Y direction and the connection breaks off....
It can't reconnect either. Then it only helps to pull the plug

Ok i will make it with the Beta tool.
But what are the best axes settings for the Wantai?
My opinion:
Microstepping: x16
Stepps per mm (depends on the used hardware)
Max Speed Change?
Max Speed?
Accele­ration?
Motor Current (mA)? (I can not find the formula right now)
