Yes you can use the dual output Z driver to run the two z motors together without any other configuration.

If you have a spare driver free you could use a separate driver for the second motor and then use it for auto leveling.

ended up it was in my cura gcode there was some marlin in there and once deleted its been running fine now thank you again.
