Yes, here is a photo.

Yesterday I received the Duet 2 WIFI and PanelDue 7i from E3D.

The green channel on 7i is not working, there is a crack on the ribbon cable (from the driver to the panel).
If I push gently on the ribbon cable I some times get it to work but I can not see how I would have a chance til repair it myself.

E3D asked me to post it here so admin could confirm it.

Here is a picture of the PanelDue with a white copy paper behind.

I have found the problem, it is the ribbon cable that is broken (cracked).
I will return it.

Okay, I have placed a piece of white copy paper behind the display to give some kind of 'whitebalance'.

It worked !!

One last question, the background color is allmost purple (not white) is that normal?

Thank you, I connected the PanelDue to PC via usb and I can hear it connect but the screen is blank.
When i push reset on the PanelDue i can hear it reconnect (windows sound).
The screen was reddish (not white as seen on pictures) the first time I turned it on, so I expect it to be allmost dead on arrival, bummer.

Can you tell me if the PanelDue need to be activated in the config?
I can connect to and controll the Duet wifi via my browser but the display is just a black screen.

Hi all

I was so stupid not to take a backup before I overwritten the files on the sd card that came with my Duet wifi.

When I recieved the duet and panelduo 7i I powered it up and the screen was showing splash screen and then the controlpanel.

The touch screen did not work so I made a new configuration on the reprap configurator and copied the new files to sys folder on sd card.

Now the screen is blank (black) when I turn the duet on.

Where can I download the factory files (files in sys folder), i just cant find them anywere?
