You can change the frequency with M950 Q I believe.
What kind of bed heater is it?
I can't see anything obvious in your gcode file.
Ideamaker is fine to try. There's also PrusaSlicer that's pretty easy to get up and going.
I'd also try taking another pass at the calibration. Comment out the M307 commands in your config and start fresh with a PID tuning and then extruder.

did you just print the tower? it looks the same for all heights. you need to script the change of temperature
@Phaedrux I tried changing the Hz from 1 to 1000 but no difference at all. I took a better video and also noted that the bed actually vibrates.
