      @WillGIam the issue is its difficult to diagnose remotely if the driver not fitted does not have a short or other issue, and if the MOSFETs are actually faulty or not.

      @WillGIam said in Duet 3 6HC with defect driver:

      driver 1 A+, A- B+ and B- and get about 8V to ground on every pin. With driver 0 I get 2V

      the schematic is here:
      https://github.com/Duet3D/Duet3-Mainboard-6HC/blob/master/Duet3_Mainboard_6HC_v1.02/Duet3_MB_6HC_Schematic_v1.02.pdf

      Which may allow you to do some comparative probing to see whats going on. The output diodes and mosfets are in pretty small packages so not necessarily easy to remove using hot air, but possible.

      Only other thing I can think of is to try a new SD card in case it's having problems reading the file system.

      If you just want to check for probing errors, see the example at the end of https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/GCode_Meta_Commands#Section_Using_conditional_GCode_commands_in_bed_g_to_calibrate_a_delta_printer.

      @dc42

      I can´t find a list with the "native" variables of the firmware. I could use the abort function after my G29 in an if loop for checking for error messages, but I don´t know how they named. I found some scripts online, but I don´t know where they got the information about the other variables....

      @fcwilt okay, tried it out: With S0.05 and A6 (he is only using 3) I get lower tolerance. I´m now trying to print a bigger part. Lets see what happens.

      I think I recall that if you use S-1 that forces the number of readings set by A and then averages them.

      @WillGIam said in Duet Wifi Slow Upload + Not connecting via Interface:

      After testing some Duet Wifis I wanted to use them at all of my printers. Today I was doing some tuning on my AM8, when I got my first disconnect. Its not that I cant see the Interface, it was that I got a "reconnect" state in the interface. Also I got very slow upload speeds.

      Please clarify: did you get these problems soon after powering up or restarting the Duet, or after some time?

      If it only happens after some time, please try firmware 2.04RC4. A small number of users have reported network connectivity issues after some time caused by running out of output buffers, and I now have two reports that changes I made in 2.04RC4 have resolved this problem.
