They are for PanelOne and compatible 20x4 text displays with 3.3V signal levels. As mentioned in the documentation, the firmware support for them has not been written yet.

Currently the Probe connector is only for sensors that can produce an analog output, such as my IR sensor. As Doug says, ignore the MOD pin. Other sorts of Z probe should use the E0 endstop connector and probe type 4 in the M558 command in config.g.

I plan to add probe type 5 which would be a probe with a digital output but connected to the Probe connector instead of E0 endstop.

I Have it sorted it appears the Default max Hotend temp is 262 degrees haveing set it to 290 I have managed to tighten the E3D Nozzle correctly

M143 S290 did the trick updated the panelDue anyway as it need doing

The duet board itself for the panel due and ir sensor plugs is perfect and no issues from manufacture
