        @Veti Ben will be making a direct drive version. I also talked to him and I'm going to be alpha testing the independent triple Z setup when he finishes it

          @Veti I just assembled the kit and I think it's worth it even if you don't use the extruder parts. I also skipped the extruder parts because I'm using a BMG-M with Mosquito.

          And I'm currently working on a three axis setup 😉

              @Veti Yes, I'm very interested but I think I can't wait until it's available. I need my kitchen 🙂

                  @Veti Very nice. Did you try it?

                  Wondering if there every will be a point in time where a build is finished. Don't think so 😂

                        the bed is rock solid and does not move under pressure.

                                Simple can work as well.

                                The part with the V groove attaches to the bed support frame, which is not shown for clarity purposes.

                                I like seeing the wide variety of solutions to common issues.

                                  Amazing mod! The independent triple z-axis system from @Nuramori seems unavailable though: the zip file on Thingiverse contains only one small file (chain_mount_-_bed.stl). What happened to the design?

                                    @flux_capacitor That's because he's using a different source file due to all the changes he's done.

                                    If you want to stay up to date with the project join the facebook page. Thingiverse went to crap after their last update and they don't seem to keen on fixing it.

                                      @dhusolo Yep, thingiverse crapped the bed.

                                      I should look at putting things on github instead.

                                        @whopping-pochard you said: "The IR sensor. The mini IR sensor, presumably a clone, appears to have an old version of the firmware which causes premature triggering."
                                        How can i check the firmware version and mitigate this ? thanks.
