      @dc42 That sounds good, I am aware that I anyway would need a small level shifting PCB, so adding a dedicated regulator to not overwhelm the LDO would be fine. I just really dont want more wires in my cable chain 🙂

        Yep, that would be really great.
        The new voron toolhead is coming soon with nozzle lights (and a bling lit logo.)

        Would be nice to combine with the 1LC. I need only two max three leds.

          @dc42 +1 for me as a future enhancement 🙂

            You wouldn't need a level shifter, because the outputs of the 1LC have 5V signal levels.

              I've added this to the firmware wish list.

                Yeah as Gixxer said this is the driver (it equips three RGBW discrete neopixel leds)

                Also our Klipper "colleagues" (which always are some meters ahead....of us) already have a tool-board with that supported...
                @dc42 Thanks for moving this forward and make it a Christmas gift 🙂

                  Hi @dc42, I know this is probably one of the least important features to implement, but I was still wondering if you have a timeline for this. I suppose it will not come with RRF 3.4?

                  thanks anyways,
                  Niklas

                        Just chiming in to add a +1 for me on this as well. Would be helpful.2116F042-183F-44BB-A0E5-FA9C10FA3726.jpg FD7BD5B2-3FA3-42E9-9B19-4AB8BE8A8238.jpg 1.LGX 1LC Mount v11111.png

                          Adding a +1 from me. With the new Voron Extruder the Stealthburner hitting RC1, this design is largely finalized and will be released soon. The Duet 6HC & Toolboard combo makes a very good setup for this printer with the features it has. It also eliminates the need to send 20+ wires through 3 x cable chains to the tool head with the can bus. That, and Thomas Sanladerer built his Voron 2.4 with a Duet meaning his 417K subscribers got to see that build. Almost half a million people viewed his Voron videos using a Duet by the stats. I am sure there are a lot of people buying into the Duet ecosystem for this printer just from these videos alone so perhaps if the full Voron 2.4 isn't supported because of neopixels on the tool board then I think there's a compelling reason to add it to the firmware. @dc42 would you have any thoughts on this?

                              @index4d I intend to add this support in firmware 3.5 but probably not in the first beta. See also my post here https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/30027/duet-3-toolboard-1lc-io0-input-output-dual-purpose-neopixel/4?_=1665066620511.

                                Hi,

                                would you share the stl from your umbilical-1lc-mount-combination?

                                Thank you very much,
