@siam thanks for the reply, your suggestion to issue M98 P"config.g" lead me to my mistake.
I had a typo in the IP configuration.

Hey Veti,
no he's not probing on glass he uses a TH3D sheet, completely opak and it worked flawlessly before. That phenomenonm started to appear all of a sudden with nothing changed. Btw it got better again, but the repeatability is still rather bad.
Switchin the printer off and on again usually trows the settings off by about 0.3mm wich is way too much imo.
Does anyone use this piezo probe?
I'm not sure how to configure the probe in RRF 3.x if it's hooked up to the probe connector.
I'm running a Duet 2 WiFi 1.04 powering the sensor via a spare 5 volts line, GND from the z-probe connector and
Is there a way to log if the probe triggers?
I guess DWC doesn't show a 20ms trigger pulse, does it?
any help is very appreciated!

Hello all!
I tried updating my duet 2 wifi to RRF 3.3 coming from RRF 3.1.1 using Duet2and3Firmware-3.3.zip.
I uploaded the zip file via DWC into the /sys folder all seemed to work fine but the wifi module doesn't connect to my router anymore.
I hooked the board up via USB and if I issue a M552 S1 it connects properly.
But once I restart the printer it doesn't connect again.
Could anyone give me a hint what I've done wrong?
Thanks in advance!
@dc42 what could be the reason that the ENN is stuck high. rather damaged hardware like a cap, or a firmware problem?
the wiki says fudge factor default is 1.0 doesn't seem to be an integer? the probe is new, the bed as well and it's a precision milled cast aluminum plate. no interpolation was accidently set, cause I got parts of the config from a buddy with a flex3drive with 40:1 gear reduction. I have a feeling that it could be PSU related, it's still the stock 12 volts psu of the cr10s

Hey I'm not a 100% sure if my problem is only IR probe related, but here's the description of my issue.
I used a BLTouch on my duet 2 wifi before running 2.04 firmware now I replaced the BLTouch with the mini IR probe, if I do a G32 a few times in a row the level get's better with every iteration and I usually stop doing it with sub 0.008 mm deviation.
but sometimes it's like increasing the deviation. so really no repeatable behaviour.
But then no matter what I do next be it a bed mesh calibration or starting a print or just moving the z-axis up and down, the gantry is tilted again.
I also have the impression that the z-motors don't run simultanious.
btw I'm using black printbite plus.
I would highly appreciate any hints that could point me to the cause of that issue.
@deckingman thanks a lot, that's what I thought, I just wanted to make sure cause if the wire routing, it would have been a pita to reroute the wires.
cheers gueee
Hey,
I'm building a corexy machine, using the duet 2 wifi 1.04.
I'm running integrated servo drives for x and y axis use the E2 and E3 drive outputs with a logic level shifter to control it.
So now if I assign the drive 5 and 6 to be used as x and y do I still have to connect the endstop switches to the dedicated x and y endstop connectors or to the E2_stop and E3_stop pins?
My firmware version is 2.04RC1, DWS 1.23 and DWC 2.0.0-RC7
Thanks for your help
cheers
