@Adamrobot Please post your config.g again. You have M501 in config.g, so please post your config-override.g too. It may be incorrect setting are being used, ie not the ones that the tuning suggests. Send M301 H1 to see the parameters that are in use.

When tuning, can you do a screen grab of the temperatures? Usually you get the "Warning: heater behaviour was not consistent during tuning" message when the hot end is holding on to the heat, so each heating cycle gets shorter and shorter. It may be that your hot end cooling fan isn't sufficient to cool the cold side of the hot end down.

I tried following your suggestion, and the results for the first and second layers were very good. However, starting from the third layer, I feel that the step distance for each layer along the Z-axis is too large, likely more than 0.2 mm.

This is strange because the issue suddenly appeared after I adjusted the Z-offset once, and it only occurs with this one printhead, while the others work normally.

@Adamrobot If the offset between tools is consistent, ie if you switch back to the first tool it prints in the same place as it did before, I expect that you need to adjust the offset of the second tool. @Adamrobot
This has nothing to do with a problem in the power supply unit.
You have to check whether the heating cartridge is made for 12V or 24V.
Either check the marking on the sleeve or measure the internal resistance.
In general 24v supply voltage would be an advantage. However, you then also have to replace the heating bed and maybe the fans.
