      Found it:
      M574 X1 S1 P"!xstop" that ! turns normally closed switches to normally open (active high to active low)
      successfully homed

      Glad you got it working. I’d tend to say start a new thread for each individual issue, otherwise threads can get very long and convoluted. Make sure you state Machine setup, firmware version and post current config each time, this goes a long way to getting problems resolved quickly, as people have the context for the problem.       Assuming they are plugged into the Dual Z ports on the Duet?

      Pick one motor. If the pins in the connector (at the board end) are 1234, make them 3412.

      Then test. If they are both going the right way, done. If both are now going the wrong way, reverse just the Z axis driver in the config.g file.
