      @Phaedrux figured it out. It seems when I did the wrong pid tune command it may have reassigned my heater definition. I may not have noticed because it was in the config override ? I reset the board and redid all the files on my SD card from scratch with the latest firmware. Seems to be working fine now.

      It's possible that the driver is gone, but equally possible that there was a bad connection and moving the wiring corrected that.
      I'd swap everything back to the original position and config and see if the error returns.
      If the driver is actually faulty, it should error almost immediately (or at least when it gets to temp).

      @PCR said in V 3.2 Firmware Heatbed PID tuning doesn't seem to finish:

      @jaymcd0626 can take up to 1 hour!

      .........Or with a 10mm thick, insulated bed more like 2 hours (I know from experience). 🙂

      @jaymcd0626 said in Is there a way to fix a blown fan0 output - Duet 2 Maestro V1.0:

      Where would I even get a replacement?

      From the link:

      If you short out a PWM fan, the fan driver mosfet will burn out. The original part number on most Duets is PMV40UN2 or PMV40UN2R which is available from the usual electronic component distributors such as Farnell/Newark/element14, Digikey, Mouser and RS. You can also use type PMV20XNER or AO3400A or AOSS32334C which have a higher peak current rating and are fitted as standard in recent production Duets.

      @Phaedrux are there maestro/duet 3 specific versions of https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Hardware_Overview#Section_LED_indications ?

      No, but there probably should be. I'll look into that.
