      @mendenmh @achrn @Phaedrux @DIY-O-Sphere @infiniteloop

So yeah, I connected the sensor to temp2 instead of temp1, and get normal temperatures now. Does this mean my temp1 connection is shot on this board? I wouldn't be very happy about that...
Also, what is an ADC channel?

Anyway, I can print again now, So I guess I'll get started on that 🙂 Thanks everyone!

Here's my full config file. I do not seem to have a config-override on this printer. Could that be a problem?

The spare gives me more or less the same result (difference of about half a degree), also with the other connector lead.

It sure does, it also changes if I set the hotend to any temperature.
The problem (I assume) is that the reading I get from my sensor is about 30 degrees lower than the temperature it's actually at.
so if I heat it up to 160degrees, it would actually be about 190°C

The spare measures 1.070 Kohm at about 18°C, the problematic PT1000 gives me 1.069 Kohm. I feel like this difference would be tolerable, or am I wrong?

I am. I just double checked. I do have a spare, that I could replace it with, but I feel a little awkward about disassembling the hotend if I can't accurately control the temperature.

Thank you for your reply, I removed the B and C parameters, must have been a relic from the previous setup of this printer.

The problem seems to persist though, I'm now at -9°C, and still going down...

    • Temperature offset?

So, it seems I have a slight offset on my hotend thermistor (a PT1000).
At room temperature (16°C), it shows as being -15°C.
When I heat up to 160°C, the PLA seems to flow nicely, though I have no way to check the actual temperature. I have an IR thermometer, but that seems to not work very well here...

This is the script I use for the relevant heater:
      M308 S1 P"temp1" Y"pt1000" B4725 C7.060000e-8 ; configure sensor 1 as thermistor on pin temp1
      M950 H1 C"out1" T1 ; create nozzle heater output on out1 and map it to sensor 1
      M307 H1 R1.350 K0.244:0.000 D5.89 E1.35 S1.00 B0 ; disable bang-bang mode for heater and set PWM limit
      M143 H1 S280 ; set temperature limit for heater 1 to 280C

It was fine yesterday, and I changed nothing in the meantime.
      How could this be solved?

So, I've reinstalled the drivers and reconfigured the sd card. I can now connect to the port, named "Duet 3 motion control electronics" via YAT, however, when I try to send any command (for example M115 or M122), YAT seems to briefly disconnect, and then reconnect.
I also get this error message: [Warning: 6 bytes not sent anymore.]

Is there anything else I could try?
      Thank you very much!

@Phaedrux The stop on the paneldue.

I've been able to diagnose with the link @alankilian gave me, so far it seems that the voltage indication LEDs and the diagnostic LED are lit as they should be.
I've tried to connect to my pc, but have been having some unrelated network problems, I'll have time to work on it some more tomorrow evening.

So, I observed an error in my ongoing print, so I pressed stop to clean my bed and restart the job.
This seems to have killed the printer.

Though the hotend was still very hot, the fan did not restart. I lost any connection with DWC, and the Paneldue gives me no information, and seems to be disconnected from the printer, the temperature fields are completely empty, as is the macros folder.

How should I go about fixing this? I've reformatted the SD card, but no improvement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, something was wrong alright. They were only in my macros.
A profoundly stupid oversight of mine. it works as it should now. Thanks for pointing this out, I could have been looking for a really long time...
I'll get back in my lair now, a little more embarrassed then before.

      Thanks everyone!

I've double- and triple checked the wiring, and am pretty confident the wires are intact and well connected to the board
